朋友傳來一則很有趣的新聞, 話說中共以免去債務 500億美金,
外加100億美金的代價, 換得委內瑞拉讓渡一小島, 讓中共建立
軍事基地;
你美國搞我南海，我就搞你加勒比海！中國解放軍將進駐委內瑞拉小島，
美國後院起火了！中國這招太狠了！

這些消息, 讓我連想起上週一廣播節目中, 提及一美智庫學者, 發表
一則獨出心裁的論文, 略以, 中共 $3.2 trillion 外匯儲備中, 有一半
是以美國財政部國庫債券方式執有, 過去這一, 廾年中, 美國政府
一味地發行債券以補注財政赤字、及税收低迷问题，破爛不堪又
亟待整顿的金融制度，以避免陷入经济困境; 即使利用優勢地位
得到了舉債最低成本, 但這種「以鄰為壑」混帳作法, 亦不能持久;
有識之士, 面對中共如此的頭號債主, 想辦法, 如何不使它在國際債市
拋售美元債券; 於是有個挺有創力的點子, 就是如果中共將手中的
美債一筆鉤銷, 那美國今後對台灣的事,不置一語, 不賣軍方, 把美台
關係法丟到毛廁去, 就等於是賣斷了; 請問是個什麼價呢?
大約是 US$1.5 Trillion 左右;
