The so-called "Industrial Policy', touted by either politicians or bureaucrats, is
nothing but a veiled pretext in
dispensing favours to the big campaign fund donors,
by passing legislation offering tax reductions, etc. Only ten years ago, one of the
huge fanfares then was 'banking reform v.2.0'. The true story of that 'policy' was
designed to siphon off fiendishly large 'cash' into Ah-bien's hands, making him
the second largest corruptive ex-president in the world. So, let's wait and see
what's in store of the next scandal to break out in 2-3 years.

et's dig a bit deeper onto the 'fallacies, flaws, myths and failures of so-called
'Industrial Policy' (numerous countries learned the lessons the hard way)
Once upon a time, there lamented by an old embattled, bruised wise man "Any politician
should have the wisdom to be selective in advertise his/her so-called 'policies'.
For certain policies without much significance, youshould make it a big 'fanfare';
while for most of policies with value and significance, one should treat it with
extreme delicacy and subtlety; lest it would blow up in your face in no time!
