中國大陸叫車 App的蓬勃發展，反觀台灣，即便 Uber擁有較低價格，方便的第三方支付等種種優點，卻因法律問題以及和本土計程車業者之間的利益衝突而發展不順暢。另一方面，大眾消費習慣普遍尚未跟進，業者推廣教育也不盡完善，網路叫車在台灣仍不如中國普及。

中國大陸北京市有超過6萬輛計程車，說計程車滿街跑一點也不為過。但招手攔空車卻得碰運氣，因為這輛車也許已先被別人用應用程式（App）捷足先登預訂了。

大陸幅員遼闊，光一個北京市面積就將近半個台灣大。無論身在市中心或邊陲地帶，想隨手叫到計程車都是挑戰。偏僻地方車少，可能10分鐘都遇不到一輛空車；鬧區車多，但空車司機不見得會想載。 這時滴滴出行等大陸熱門叫車App的價值就顯現了。打開定位地圖周邊有多少空車一目了然，輸入出發地和目的地，再發訂單給想接單的司機。順利的話，通常5分鐘內車子就會開到面前。

不過，有時也會碰上麻煩。例如有司機接了單卻臨時反悔不載；下訂後司機回報「就在附近了」，結果過了半小時還不見人影；或是明明定位地圖上顯示車子就在附近，卻得溝通老半天才找得到車。此外，據統計，北京有6.6萬輛合法登記的計程車，但到了尖峰時刻，即使用上App，在鬧區還是難以叫到車，發了訂單給附近數十輛車卻沒有司機想載是常有的事，就連尖峰加價人民幣5元（新台幣約25元）也沒用。

撇開這些「技術障礙」，在大陸用App叫車確實方便。若有綁定支付寶或微信支付，到達目的地手機點幾下就完成付款，連錢包都不用掏，大陸「移動互聯網」的整合發展可見一斑。

除了隸屬車行的正規計程車，這些App還能叫到「專車」，類似台灣所謂的「白牌車」。選單上司機資訊、車型等完整呈現，有時運氣好還能搭到奧迪（Audi）等高級進口車。

這種專車數量比計程車少，但對比較不趕時間的人來說，多付一點錢、多花一點時間候車，換取更舒適的乘車體驗，何樂而不為？

這類服務不僅滿足不同層次的客群需求，也帶來兼差賺外快的機會。

駕駛私家車載客的小陳（化名）白天有工作，晚上就靠著易到用車或優步（Uber）等叫車平台攬客。他表示，每晚開個4到5小時，平均能進帳人民幣200到300元，算不無小補。

不過，這種沒有登記在案的車輛也衍生出乘客安全堪慮的問題。

廣東省深圳市警方今年3月清查發現，深圳的網路預約專車駕駛中1425人有吸毒前科、1661人有重大刑事犯罪前科。當地發生女乘客遭網約車司機搶劫殺害的消息，更引發社會關注。

即使如此，滴滴、優步、易到、神州等叫車軟體業者近年仍蓬勃發展。經過一輪燒錢拚補貼的近身肉搏，滴滴與快的兩強聯手，大陸叫車市場寡占，其餘業者以差異化策略分食剩餘大餅的格局已基本確立。

大陸這塊市場的「錢景」，連全球市值冠軍企業蘋果（Apple）也無法忽視。

蘋果5月宣布投資滴滴出行10億美元，這是蘋果進軍汽車領域的首宗公開投資案。蘋果執行長庫克（Tim Cook）當時還飛到北京會見滴滴出行總裁柳青，足見蘋果對這筆投資案的重視程度。

如同網路金融，網路叫車這種近年崛起的新業態在大陸能有如此發展規模，與大陸官方採取「先放任發展，出問題再整頓」的態度脫不了關係。

而在台灣，第三方支付因法規障礙一直難有施展餘地，優步也因合法性問題而寸步難行。從兩岸相關產業的現況可看出，不同的監管環境，確實會造就新業態不同的發展結果。
