16:00 ~ 21:00; 成效宏大且立即, 另 Copenhagen 實施更早, 也達成

移轉車輛 Bunching 的目的; 此類似 Auction Off 的作法, 其實也可

用在解決 Airline Passenger Seat Overselling Issue 上; 我想法有

在登機時, 登機乘客即給以選擇, 讓乘客自行出價, say, 

a) 如給付1,000 元, 願改乘下一班; 

b) 1,500 元願改乘; or

c) 勿論如何, 都不願; 

等到全部到齊, 公布徵詢結果, 被 Bumped 的乘客均以最高出價獎勵;

如此各取所需, 就不會有這種 Nasty 場景出現; 

這次 United Airline 這場鬧劇後, 航空公司必有更 sensible 

的對策出現;
